Acknowledgement
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
2) Terms of our service
If You wish to book in for any of Canine Angel Services, You will be asked to supply certain information relevant to Your therapy or training, including, without limitation, Your name, Your email, Your phone number, you/your animal’s background health history, Your credit card number, the expiration date of Your credit card, Your billing address, and Your shipping information.
3) Prices Policy
I reserve the right to revise our prices at any time prior to accepting a booking. The prices quoted may be revised by us after accepting a booking in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by matters beyond our control. In that event, You will have the right to cancel Your Order.
You can book each step of the program separately and pay full RRP price, or You can combine all 8 steps and purchase together as a package. The Early Bird Discount is only available on the Complete 8 Step Program Package Offer and is only valid for 48 hours from the time your brochure was sent out on email to you. Bookings outside of this time frame will apply at full RRP.
Travel expenses are applicable for all home visit training or therapy sessions and are charged at 45p per mile, to and from my postcode at home. If my travel time to your home, takes more than 2 hours, one way, then an overnight stay in a local hotel, maybe applicable and charged to you accordingly.
4) Payments
Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Bacs Transfer (free of charges for UK), or, you can use PayPal services such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards which will come with added fees of 3.4% for UK or your country rate depending on where in the world you live.
Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.
If You wish to spread your payments, You can apply for PayPal Buy Now – Pay Later or PayPal Credit. Please request a Pay Pal Invoice to be generated, if You wish to spread your payments for any services which Canine Angel offers.
The Lifetime Support Guarantee offer only comes with the combined 8 Step Program Offer and will commence once all 7 steps of the entire 8 Step Program have been completed and signed off by myself.
5) Promotions
Any Promotions made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms. If You participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.
6) Cancellations Policy
If You are a new client and you pay in full for each step of the program separately or combined in a package, then You can cancel and receive a full refund of any products or services which You have not yet received, or used, provided you are not within 48 hours of any booked training sessions, over zoom, telephone or home visit.
If, at any time, You decide that you want to cancel your remaining involvement in the program, then please speak to me, so we can try to resolve any issues. If you then still wish to cancel, it will be under my discretion to what parts of the program will be refunded in full or exchanged with a credit note.
Cancellation must be in writing. The Credit note must be used within, 6 months from the date of Cancellation. You may transfer the Credit note to another person/animal if you so wish. Any Products you purchase can only be returned or refunded in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
I have the right to cancel your program at any time, under my own discretion, if I feel this necessary. Should this occur, I will write to You and offer a refund of any parts of the program which you have not already received.
7) Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by You or other users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.
8) Changes To These Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.

Additional Terms & Conditions:
If You seek other or outside professional help during the program, such as a Veterinarian or another Behaviourist or Trainer, which conflicts with my teachings and methods, then I cannot be held responsible for the results in which You produce, by following outside advice from a third party.
I cannot be held responsible for any changes which You, decide to make with adding, reducing or removing prescribed medications from your animal’s protocol. I would advise you seek a holistic Veterinary opinion on any health matters which require a Veterinary diagnosis.
I may suggest you seek help from another holistic professional, such as a chiropractor, or herbalist, if Your animal needs something which falls outside the area of My expertise and I feel it would be of great benefit to seek help from them.
If any products listed in the program steps arrive faulty or damaged, We will exchange them for You as soon as possible.
I am fully insured by Towergate Public Liability Insurance. I respect and adhere to all safety and security procedures of, You, Your home, Your animals and Your private property.
I am CRB checked and can safely work around children. I can cater for disabled clients to the best of my ability. Please do contact me if you have any questions in this area.
